CANCELLATIONS
We request 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, your stylist reserves the right to request 50% payment of your missed appointment before you can book another appointment.
NO SHOWS
We have a zero tolerance policy for no shows.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and haven't called or emailed to let us know you aren't coming, your stylist reserves the right to require 100% payment of your missed appointment before you can book another appointment.
Our stylists reserve the right to refuse clients who repeatedly cancel last minute/do not show up for scheduled appointments.
